There are almost no laura sex scenes, just nonsense instead of the lead's sex scene. One hell of a Christmas. I hope the normal update will be good, I don't think so.

How does including incest apply realism? Are you writing us from the Appalachians? These are fantasy games of smut. No realism necessary. Optional NTR and incest doesn't hurt anyone (except for the dev, having to write more dialogue and render more images/animations). Anyone bemoaning the existence of NTR or incest or interracial or whatever else in a cartoon porn game should be fapping to Playboys and Sears catalogues.
This is a blanket statement to all viewers; if you don't like it, don't play games where it's forced, don't activate it when it's optional, and DEFINITELY don't whine about its existence in the threads. Especially in regards to NTR: no one gives a fuck about how macho/alpha you think you are in your little fantasy world. You're here fapping to computer generated images. You very likely ARE beta. If you were so tough and cool and awesome to avoid being cucked, you'd be fucking a real woman instead of your hand.
I think optional incest would be a wonderful addition to this game. It would draw more people in, and the prudes wouldn't be required to watch it. I initially assumed she would fool around with the son, and the moment we met her parents I immediately envisioned some wild incest story arcs. If I had any skill with the CGI programs these games use, I'd be tempted to make a mod/expansion myself.

I wasn't saying Incest meant realism. I was saying incest is 90% of the games on here and it's been done to death. You can find plenty of other games with incest. It's not needed in this game as the dev has no interest in it either which is refreshing.

There are over 20,000 listings on this site, and 2,784 of them have the incest tag. That's less than 14%. What you MEANT to say is that, "of all the interesting/quality-looking games on this site, it SEEMS like 90% of them are incest". I imagine the same could be said for the people caterwauling about NTR. Point being, it statistically proves three things; A. there's a staggering bias in this community's perception, 2. quality devs either have a distinctly common kink or know exactly what will sell best, and D. we live on the most boring street in the United States of America where nothing even remotely dangerous will ever happen... period.

I think the forte is the comedy. It's actually hilarious. Some games here are funny, but they only get a chuckle out of me, while this one had me laughing hysterically, nearly losing my breath. I doubt you can pull that off with incest without risking it becoming cringey or corny, but if you manage to do so, I'd gladly help with your mod.
And, by the way, ain't you lamenting the non-existence of incest in this thread? Or is it that only the existence of something in a game is off-limits to criticize, while its non-existence is fair game? I thought the same rules would apply...
I completely lost the plot. What's Laura doing, where is she ? Last time I remember She was dealing with church stuff, and learnt her husband is cheating I guess-- onward in story, I have 0 memory.

If you apply some simple filters like selecting only Ren'Py, and excluding abandoned and onhold games, this figure goes up to 20%; and I bet if you apply some other filters excluding some genres that are not associated with incest, this figure could go up to 25%. This may look small, but it's 1 in 4 games in the latter case, 1 in 5 games in the former. Besides that, tags are not consistently applied... As you said, there are ~20,000 listed, but only 13,206 are tagged with "vaginal sex." Could this be true? Even if it's so, by your crippled logic, since it doesn't come closer to 100%, you'd say "vaginal sex" is rare of even unpopular here.
And what a "kinkypraising" (the opposite of "kinkyshaming") is to believe 90% of the quality/interesting games here have incest... I'm not a moralist, and I don't care about what you fap to in your life as long as you don't commit any real crime (one that actually harms someone else, and not those state-created crimes), and I've played most incest games from the Golden Era of AVNs (which, in my opinion, ends somewhere around 2018-9, though, of course, there are games produced then that are still going on; and there are some good new stuff to). Some of those games are indeed good or, at least, were something unique and original back then, like DMD, Milfy City, Big Brother, Dreams of Desire, Sisterly Lust, Summer with Mia, and Echoes of Lust. Some have aged badly or were officially or unofficially abandoned; some are unplayable now, but some are good even compared to what we have today. But those recent incest games are far from interesting, add nothing new, only cater to those who have this peculiar fetish and accept any crap related to that, and, worse, have incest in their stories just for fanservice, because most of those stories (or lack thereof, since many of those visual novels don't have anything that barely resemble a plot) could do without incest, i.e., incest is not a necessary part of the story/plot. So, please, go kinkypraise yourself elsewhere.
