I tried to tell him juggling this many projects and a Remake was just bad for business and a kick in the face to loyal supporters.

Im missing a scene in the scene replay section between last updates office scene and this updates bedroom scene. Anyone know what it is and how to get it? Its the Chapter 1 Remake. Not Chapter 2.
I also hoped Laura's events at the gym would continue, but they never happened.
I also remember there was an event about Laura being convinced by a boy who claimed to not have much money because he needed an education about something (but I don't remember what exactly) in his neighborhood and that Laura would stop by afterward, but of course, that didn't happen either.

I've paid for a scene that was put in the game, Emma spin the bottle if anyone remembers that one.
As for the discussion of "might Dark Anu write non-canon side stories" though... I believe the answer to that question was correct. No, the example given will never happen. Not because Dark will never add fan inspired stories, but because the specific example given was about incest and Dark has made it quite clear that he will not do incest. (Just adding my own conjecture here, but I'd imagine any specific taboo that is likely to get his game removed from Patreon is off-limits)
Might Dark do some other non-canon side story? Well, the simple answer to that is that Island Adventures (the entire game) is, in fact, a non-canon side story.
I can't say for certain, but my guess is that both of the Christmas specials are considered non-canon side stories. Of course any side stories will take away from potential development time on the canonical story continuation (which is the central theme of what most people are complaining about already... too much work on things other than continuing the core game).

I remember that this game made me anxious for each update, because it had humor and sexy scenes, then they committed to developing good ideas that made the content delivery lose pace to a point that I'm no longer interested in either of them, the pace and focus are important to keep the player excited and hooked, now more with the remake the feeling that the rhythm of being hooked on the game was lost.
For my part, I will continue to see how the graphic novel goes with the hope that at some point it will return to what it was before.

I am actually confused AF now. I quit playing when the remake started happening.
I saw an update and decided to come check it out.
I'm obviously starting over. But...
Is Chapter 2 being developed WHILE chapter 1 is being redone?
Should I download Chapter 1 and play it first, and just wait til it is finished before playing Chapter 2?
I don't even remember where I was at when I quit playing a while back.
I'm now not even sure if I should play at all until BOTH are completed.
It never made any sense to me to develop Chapter 2 WHILE still developing Chapter 1.

Can you tell dev, we can skip the daily cleaning everyday, she’s not a maid, maybe once a week she can clean the house, also the bar mini game is boring, maybe he should play “corruption town” where the bar maid can get her clothes ripped open and off her if she allows it and get groped and give hj & bj’s for tips
