Yeah so far there is two blunders I have seen, in my opinion.
The first obviously is this personally trait thing. I hope the dev puts out a dev log or explanation soon, so we can stop speculating, whether he keeps it or changes or anything, i feel like I hope MM gives more info soon.
The other big one for me is Lana, I wish she was a main girl, but my hope that she is an important side girl on the level of many BaDik side girls like Quinn, Nicole, Lily, etc. Where they still get a decent amount of content and will probably get an ending, I hope thr same is here for Lana here.

Yeah... the personality trait thing comes across as weird a lot of the time. Even more so with which girls prefer which traits. I just don't see Miranda as someone who'd be neutral shifted.
Like I said before I kinda hope neutral gets changed to where LIs who are "neutral" can be pursued by both Altruistic and Selfish and if a player finds the sweet spot and ends up neutral themselves they can go after anyone. Trying to remain neutral should be hard to do but rewarded. IMO anyways.

I totally get the Lana thing, because she gives the reason herself. I feel like she should have her own category - she's not a side girl, she's a fuckbuddy. A literal friend with benefits. It doesn't mean I like it though, and personally, I agree that she should be a full-fledged LI even with her thinking like that.

She does propose the friends with benefits deal, but we are so used to fuckbuddies developing feelings and falling in love... i was sure this was going to be her path.
It's not a great that a character becomes relegated to "strike out" back up right from the start.
And i'm still curious to see her and Andrea story developed beyond "the nice one and the cunty one", and it's clear Mister Maya has something cooking here.

The important thing is to avoid it feeling forced or arbitrary, set a more clear delineation of a girl who just won't gel with a nice guy, and the girls that will be repulsed by the selfish guy.
Because right now the girls don't feel like they belong in their alignment.
Maybe Miranda needs a guy that is a "bit more selfish", but that doesn't ring true right now.
Maybe she needs the guy to show her she can still follow her dreams, instead of going in a direction that doesn't suit her because of her disability, and a guy that's more brash is better for this... But in general i don't see any reason why she won't connect with the nice guy.
Elsa is aligned as nice and is one that i think could've fit with a neutral dude, clearly she has a wild side to her, side that she keeps hidden for professional reasons, the neutral guy would've aligned well here.
Even Aurora, sure her first impression is "bitch", but then we get to see her hidden side and she's just lashing out, she's not evil or selfish.
Like i said, we need to see how it plays out first... but these types of systems never fill me with confidence.

But when the game finally splits and we start getting locked out of things because of our alignment, it has to feel justified and reasonable... this is the tricky part.

My favourite characters up until now, have got to be Aurora, Taylor and Olive. Although Elsa is also such a good character.
I'm looking forward to how the personality is going to play out in future updates but I cannot wait!!

We don't even have the full picture for all of the current LIs yet, since we still need Samara, Danielle, and Sana to actually show some interest.

Honestly, I don't care about the personality routes until it's time to actually have a reason to use them. I got 90% of the content just being altruistic, and the content I didn't get had nothing to do with personality, it was just exclusive choices I had to reload in order to get 100%.

This is just a rebranding of Chick/Dik/Neutral and that cut off possible LI. I think people are just complaining that some parts of its inner workings are not immediately obvious or come with 3 clearly labeled choices

I honestly don't know how to have a discussion about this without talking about the other game, going off topic and getting the thread nuked by the mods. The girls in that other game tend to act differently depending on your personality. The girls here...not so much. So, speculatively, the next episode will be more of the same, or we'll start to get the tightening of the routes, which will cause some of the women to act dramatically different than usual.
