I didn't feel any romantic chemistry between her and the MC, or anything really other than being friends. Besides, she and Alan are quite clearly rather into each other. So I think it would be a bit weird if the Dev decided to try and add a path to cockblock that, and instead push her and the MC together.
MC has enough girls to choose from already. We don't need her on top of that.

I have no faith that it will be done well at all and I'd rather not see it than a half ass "this is what I think a sub/dom relationship is like." The MC doesn't really lean either way on any of the other girl's scenes so it'll be weird if/when he goes into this hypothetical threesome and Caroline goes all dom/sub on him too. Her relationship like that is with Selena and if the MC becomes a participant, it doesn't mean he's automatically going to sub to Caroline or dom either one of them. What do I know though, it's a VN, logic goes out the window most of the time.

Currently it's just a theory, although with the knowledge we currently have in the eyes of many players (including me) the most probable suspect IF MC's father is someone who is already introduced in the game.
If i remember it right Danielle likes Selena and "tolerates" Caroline, because she's with Selena.
Banging Selena might get Danielle's approval, but make it awkward to develop a relationship going forward...
Banging Caroline makes Danielle pissed because you made Selena sad, but then again she might thank you because "it's a good thing on the long run" and she always wanted to see the back of Caroline.
Having a threesome with them(and they stay together), might make her interested to try as well(am i on porn brain?
