I don't know if it's the sort of thing you'd be looking for, but there are a bunch of animations of Rose within the game files, but they're only of her blinking. This is probably the best take on Lana there is. There is 2/3rds, if not more, of the story left. Plenty of time for her to change her mind, get trapped in a house fire with Andrea, join a convent, etc. The story could take her anywhere.
