There are Steam achievements for ending season 1 with each personsality (including 0 score neutral, a real pain) and it even says what personality you have on the export-save. Seeing how it even says the route on the export, I'm afraid (although not certain) that in season 2 we will be stuck on the personality we ended season 1 on.

That's why I say it's not really a personality system it's a LI system. It limits role-playing.
I do like the game but systems like this don't allow for nuances imo.

Universal means those 3 can be chased on all paths, while the other 6 MG need a specific MC trait to be chased.
Altrustic: Elsa and Olive
Neutral: Rose and Sana
Selfish: Samara and Danielle
Any path: Aurora/Miranda/Taylor

The girls who don't care what personality type the MC is Aurora, Miranda and Taylor they will be available regardless, though to be fair we don't know how restrictive it will be. The two girls you mentioned, for Rose you need to be Neutral and for Elsa you need to be Altruistic. At the moment it has no effect and you can see all of their scenes regardless. It will most likely come into effect when it comes to being exclusive with one of them.
I have a question ? Why is the rose route so difficult in the game? I pass by without accepting the +18 scenes. But since I'm talking to the student advisor, that's the route. Am I not supposed to talk to anyone?

Currently there are no lewd scenes with Rose, but there will be in the future. She is a main girl. Nobody knows why she is neutral (and thus most difficult to stay on), except for the dev and he said there will be shown a story-reason for it in later seasons.

First off, terriific taste on girls, those are my top two girls as well.
As for paths, you will need two different ones, one on Alturistic for Elsa the other on neutral for Rose. If you don't have those paths set up by season two, you are put of luck. Can't pursue them both at all, there will be scenes in next episode turning girls down if not on right personality path, if I remember right from Discord or dev logs. So need to make sure to have at least two saves now
Its not my favorite system and I am saddened that Rose has to go through it, cause it makes zero sense to me, and probably never will. It will always be the biggest letdown of this game, the personality system, its a top 10 game in my eyes, just a shame this is how its used this way.

I think its good to split the routes so its better to program, but in my opinion the system its "bad" because i cant play i like to play if i want a specific LI.I know this system might seem counter intuitive. Heck, I might be wrong, who knows. I'm trying to make something different, it can work, or it can fail, but one thing's for sure, you will still see all the content you'd see for the girls whose path you're on with or without that system
Worst case scenario, you do multiple saves. I'm sure there's even people that will create mods to allow you to jump from one path to another in the long run. I have 9 LIs, personnaly I think this system helps me split the routes, and it makes sense story wise, but I know where the story is going and you don't so I understand your feeling lol
Let's just give it a couple of episodes to see if I was right!
In my case i want to play more "good" but i cant because my favorite LI is neutral so i had to play more "bad" to remain neutral.
I set my hopes at the cheats(to set me neutral) but last time i played they dont worked.
So i wait to the next update.
