Seem like the most obvious combinations to me. The only main girl I can't really decide who to pair them up with is Danielle. Maybe she would be included in the session with Caroline and Selena, just to torture Caroline?
Just because they are friends doesn't mean they bang each other all the time. That's pretty much what would turn the whole great story into pure comedy.
Rose and Lana as said, they've just got to know each other and both are entirely underfucked since MC has all hands full doing the whole campus before getting back to Lana. Rose is obviously completely desperate for him but doesn't admit it yet, so.. untouched for now.
Taylor doesn't really seem bi to me, Samara likely yes and that one scene at the window embracing Taylor might have been a hint. At least from Samara's side.
Caroline and Selena sure. But that was such a lame scene, no passion, just banging for the pictures and to fill Taylor in without MC breaking his promise. Caroline would have been a good teacher-only character without the game losing anyting. I'd rather see the dean being involved with anyone.

Olive yeah, Fang.. not sure. She's supposed to be chinese but is portrayed as an american girl through and through, no character development for now. Maybe, I don't care, she's a bit of a gap filler, not sure yet for what reason. Olive however definitely yes. Not sure with whom though.
Aurora and Andrea, nope. Some sort of friends and socially frustrated. The twins' feud is based on teenie BS and I guess they'll sort it out eventually, at some point after Andrea had a total melt down doing anything bad. Aurora is a horny lonely girl that doesn't know where she belongs, who wants to be part of the clique but has no idea how to behave in a group. There is no point in them being a fuck couple. Aurora and MC sure. But not with another girl. Just makes no sense. Below the line the only reason for Andrea being there is that they get the house. She's the story driver but has no real place within the plot. So no... No sex scene for her at all.
Elsa and Isabelle same probleme, they are friends. I'd rather expect Elsa with Danielle tbh.
Really... women have much less touching inhibitions than men but not every woman is a potential lesbian. It's a good story with a lot of thoughts going into character dev but some of them make not much sense yet, at least to me. They shouldn't be placed there just to be fuck objects.
