None quite the same, but there are a couple strategy harem games like Sengoku Rance or Eiyuu*Senki. Search by strategy tag and you can find them.

I have an idea for this game's mod. What if there's an option where all the women in your faction became a part of your enemy's faction at the very start of the campaign. Like you got stabbed, went into coma, and your faction fought tirelessly defending for a year. Thus, all you have left in your generals are men.
