You have the choice to either accept it and fool around with them or don't and leave them to it. Either way they are still a couple.

Yeah, I definitely misunderstood what you were trying to say. I think you just worded it weirdly, sounded (to me) like them fucking around was conditional on you going forward with them. Anyway, i turned them down, and basically stopped caring about either of them, and didn't expect them to stop, that's why I was confused about what I initially thought you said.

I would be very interested in a playthrough that involves listening, and forgiving. And if I feel compelled enough by the story in that playthrough, maybe another one where you pick that romance back up.

But sometimes....
if you're mood is in the right (or wrong) place anyhow, and you can get into feeling how hurt the MC is... it is emotionally fulfilling to be able to say no... and I, for my first playthrough at least, plan to play as a hurt man who is finding some purpose and happiness again, and chooses to ignore her, and move on.

I've no doubt i'll do a Steph run once i've finished with the others but i've always had a silly rule that if a relationship falls apart it wasn't meant to work so no point going back.

I do try to carry that on in games but some force it. I hope with the inclusion of the timer it isn't forced. I don't like how she handled things regardless of how upset she said she was, the fact she explained nothing and expected sex while casually dropping the husband bomb left me with a shitty outlook on her.

It would take her being a walking Angel and saving starving puppies in a war torn nation for 2 years for me to consider the possibility of forgiving her.

If it's any other excuse she can fuck all the way off until last and even then it will only be for completions sake.

I just don't like what i've seen so far and think he has far better options up to and including living a life as a hermit in a dedicated relationship to Pornhub.

I was so happy that I was given the option to stop her to try to talk... and her own unwillingness to do that, and how angry she got, and how you were allowed to walk away from her, was refreshing.

Being that these games are always built on either parody/nonsensicalness, or extreme drama, and this game seems to be avoiding parody, we can count on drama. And if Cece is any indication, it will be fairly over the top. Steph did make some claim about how she left to save you... I'm sure that when the player chooses to hear her out, we'll ultimately be expected to understand her reason....

But yeah. Wants immediate sex, no explanation. The husband bomb. The rage she flies into if you want to try to walk.
All good reasons to choose to not pursue her.
I like the other girls. No favorite yet, but Linda is endearing, Cece i want to see heal, and the others I like as friends (with benefits).

Cece is my fave with Linda coming closely behind. Lexi jumped right up after this update and being a lesbo I have to give love to the bi couple.

Even love his best friend, Chris is a great character.

This is an very, very good novel. You can clearly see everything is very polished and the result is really really good. The characters feel very real, the interactions feel really nice. So far the plot neither the genre is that clear to me. Cece's scenes suggest for a heavy drama, but up to this version the atmosphere have remained light. The cliffhanger, however, suggest we are about to get into heavier business.

Definitely a lot of potential and could end up being one of the very best! Best wishes to dev! Definitely going to my * list (the ones I really follow and care about)

So far the novel is heavily crafted to favor Cece. I would be surprised she is not number one (not that I mind!! totally love her). My guess is that Lexi and Linda will fight for the second place. Although, depending on what is coming, Stephanie might catch up really fast.

I like how the best friend is kinda dorky, and not an over-the-top Chad/sexfiend type.

Cece is the kind that, when happy, makes everything brighter, and when sad, you want to do everything to help her.
Linda we don't know well yet, but you can feel the chemistry between her, Cece, the MC, and even Chris. I really look forward to getting to know her (and to figuring out why the MC went for Stephanie, and not her!).
Robin and Kira I like a lot.
Lexi... I am eagerly awaiting more story and getting to know her, but there just isn't much there, yet, aside from the fact that she's fairly nice and down to Earth, and seems to have a thing for the MC.
I don't dislike her at all, but if I had to make a choice between any of the other girls, or Lexi, I think I'd have to pick the other girls.

Lol, Linda makes a lot more sense. But yeah I agree about Steph with her not being a generic ex-gf. I do like Steph in the sense I find her to be a great antagonistic character. I just want MC and Cece to be happy forever, but she keeps butting in.

In most novels, we are showed previous relationship bad points. Here we were only showed an amazing girlfriend. The only big critique to her is disappearing. In fac, the whole point was that relationship was amzing and she just disappeared. No cheating, no fights, no boredom. That already suggest dev is not trying to point out a negative image of her.
I am almost surely, we will see a lot of people start liking her more and more. My personal taste is Cece> Lexi> Steph>Linda>the other two. I already think Steph is amazing. Cece still steals everybody hearts and Lexi had a bigger screentime than Steph. So there is that.

I have to disagree on this. She not only disappeared, she's married (and not for show, so not a fake marriage, she's actually fucking her husband), comes back, again without wanting to talk or any sort of explanation (and no, that cop-out note she left a in a fucking tshirt is not an explanation), only for a booty call, gets angry when you want answers, even though the note says she will explain everything when she gets back. And there were some others that don't come to mind, but I'd have to go through it again to remember. Based on what we know of her for now, she's got a lot of issues. From my point of view, there should be one hell of an explanation to give her a chance. I have read the thread for multiple ideas for what happened, and none of them would make me get over the fact that she's married, and basically tainted now. I am willing to hear her out, but the odds of getting over her whole situation are very slim.

I don't think they are looking to include him in anything long term, it just sounds like sex to me. The relationship will be those 2 and he gets included in some of the sex stuff.

Might change further on but that's all it sounds like to me.
