Seems if you took care of the guards ahead of time, it causes issues with the quest from the woman in the Armory. She says there's two enemies in the halls and needs them taken care of first.

Did you used old saves, or did you try to play from the beginning? If you did used older saves - they must be no later than the moment where Krystal, using the elevator, descends to the lower level of the space station (which is also indicated at the very beginning in the post of the project creator).

But just in case - try to exit and enter the Armory again, if it doesn’t help, then the point is, in theory, in the game saves

Specify more specifics to understand where you are stuck. If you are talking about one of the two lizards on the lower level - just continue to complete the quest that you received after descending the elevator (namely - go to the armory, or if you have already been there - further - along the quest)
