Yeah, your best bet is 3D then (which isn't my specialty and isn't my kink either so cannot give constructive criticism). 2D games that are a real lesbian life simulator, let alone real life simulator at all, are rather scarce since, well, games are meant to be fantasy and drawn porn - especially with hardcore fetishes - primarily is meant to be fantasy as well. Even VR-ready stuff will fail at this, so virtual is a much needed keyword.
The main issue with being a lesbian looking for lesbian content on here is the tagging system.
This thread is awesome and one I use a lot but it a shame people need to go out of their way to do something tags should do.
There are far too many games tagged with lesbian that don't really have any lesbian content at all. 2 girls kissing while being fucked by a male MC isn't lesbian but still gets the tag.

Except for going with external searches/description searches/etc at the moment, all we can do is hope and wait for a revamp and... very importantly, for users to use the tags correctly if they're given the option to do it, or else it's a lost cause - see EH for examples of tags gone very wrong, females only is used in conjunction with dickgirls every single day. If the females only tag even is considered at all, I expect people to misuse it and tag either games with females standing and not doing anything (not even talking to each other or maybe using some kind of conveniently hidden lesbian emotionless telepathy sex) or people to use it on both dickgirl games and girls with any male having sex with them at any point. Partial nudity and male NPCs aren't a problem, not all of us are ultrafem male haters, male characters did nothing wrong, we just don't really expect dicks everywhere even when not necessary when there's a lesbian tag and it's used when there's a single girl on girl scene. And possibly futa on top, yet the futa tag isn't there.
