Have you heard of a program called Wine?
Run that in Linux and you can run any Windows program.
I'm playing Windows games and running Windows programs on my Linux installation.

FYI Ren'Py games can run natively on Linux and usually 95% of the Ren'Py games here are shipped in 3 versions: win+linux, mac and Android
There is no need for wine.
