I didn't finish the game yet, but it doesn't look like it's just visuals. Did writer change too? Everyone went from talking normally to talking like some street tugs. MC is a completely different person. It doesn't make sense.
Then there are a bunch of inconsistencies. Choices don't have any lasting effect.
It's a mess.

It seems to me that they copy the plot from Korean comics (manhwa), part of the plot from one comic, part from another comic.
