Most of that stuff isn't implemented in current version to my knowledge.

You can't by the lingerie in the sex shop. You have to go the mall for it and wait for a favourable opportunity to by as a gift for her.

For this web version gallery unlocker isn't possible to create so either wait for Steam version (if it would be released and somebody would share 100% saves) or unlock it by youself just playing the game. Cheats are build-in by developer as it was made in original (Game+ at new game start if player finished game prologue when reached day 5 as far as I know).
P.S. Tested up to day 5 only so if dev didn't added any security checks after all should work fine.

Just checking, I have been using the link to Bloodlines of Shadow Springs: Duskfall in the OP, and while the server bat file lists as version 1.4, when the game loads up it says in the top right corner it is 1.2, and the gallery does not have any new images (capped at 50). Is this just LOP games being LOP games, and the new content is still in the game, or have I messed up?
