For some reason, I do not see the option of master bedroom as option to invite.

IIRC it's not available from all rooms or when it's occupied, try and different times of day. Also you need to be extremely far in her progression.

I'm pretty sure American sunset is the newest and is inclusive of the others you listed.

Does any one know which scene is this and how to get it. I never saw Tracy in this outfit in the whole game.

Another one, does anyone know how to trigger this scene, for me it happened when I was in the cabin with tracy somehow I was back at home with Lisa:

The first image is during the Caleb route in the expansion. To kickstart it, get Tracy to Level 3 and Lisa to Level 2. While following the steps in the quest log, you'll see this render at some point.

The second image is during a weekend Lisa scene. If you've done enough of the weekend sex scenes with her/have a high enough score with her, at some point around 21:00 when you go to your bedroom or that area, she will ask to fuck you there. I haven't played this scene in a while but this is the gist of it.

Anyone have a fully completed save file for Living With Temptation 2 Revelations? With gallery and endings. I tried doing the day hack and game hack and it doesn't want to fix the day issue. Says update has already been added. And doesn't want to load my save either.
