Yes, if you pursue Chika before Rin has the chance to try to win her over, you were a bad homie and she will be angry at you, locking you out of her final event. She told you about her crush in the hope you would understand and pursuing Chika despite already knowing of that crush is a betrayal of her trust and friendship. I'm pretty sure learning of Rin's feelings cannot be avoided as I think it might be a trigger for other events that lead into triggering the beach trip event that marks the point where you can safely start pursuing Chika. The only way to avoid it is to hold off on a certain event until after the beach trip event.

Ouch, i had to load a very old save because chika's events were one of the first i did, i had to grind again and repeat a lot of the game again, As a sugestion please dont do that again with other events in the future, i love this game thanks for making it, hope you reach 5k soon!
Thank you so much! Unfortunately, similar things are likely going to happen again in the future as I want consequences for decisions (Or sometimes indecisions) to feel real and punishing at times. It’s not like the game will end or anything that drastic, it will just be things (Like Rin’s case) where she doesn’t invite you out because she feels like you let her down.
As I’ve mentioned before, there will always be a way to get everything in one play through, but I don’t want it to be easy. That’s just not the kind of game I‘d enjoy writing. Life is hard and people make mistakes, sometimes without realizing them until much later. Being a completionist should be a choice for those who want to go that route, but it’s not what this game is built around. Missing events is going to be a thing that happens.
But hey I already implemented cheat codes to stop the complaining about things like that anyway, so I’m not completely evil.
Yes, there are animated scenes. Iirc, all the animated scenes are the repeatable H-scenes.
There are currently 58 animations and they are accessible from the game files if you want to view them beforehand

Well it's like i said, when you feel confident/ready you can make it available here, as long as you make sure to point out it has spoilers i don't see the problem.

With the exception of maybe Ecchi Sensei, this would have to be the longest game I've played yet. So many hours played and I've loved every second of it. And it looks like I have more to go as I still haven't met two characters yet.
