That may be, but what % of his income is because of people discovering his game through sites like this? 50%? 70%?The thing is... this doesn't actually seem to be true. There does seem to be a sizeable number of people who will pay if they have to but are also quite happy to just pirate it if that's an option. When Selebus was still on Patreon, he would occasionally show his actual numbers, and there was a noticeable difference when an update leaked like five days after release and when it leaked immediately.
Wouldn't surprise me if it's even higher than that, it's not on steam and word of mouth on a game with very "questionable" content seems unlikely.
Still i got nothing against the guy, hope he chills out a bit since pirates gonna pirate whether he wants them to or not.
