If i continue at that rate i'll have to go study graphic design at university or something just so i can make a 10 minute video just to fit all the extra arrows in whilst still being able to tell wtf they're point at.

Yea apparently taking Futaba’s v-card didn’t quite fulfill the requirement. So it either has to be from a specific someone, or like you said “by force” (or it wasn’t about virginity at all but I doubt it).
I just hope that this won’t be about Yumi and Sensei won’t experience another massive fast forward to the future that brings him directly to his deadline (though I am 9/10 sure that he will miss the bar for whatever reason)

Futaba lost her virginity in the first update of Chapter 3, Sensei didn't get the command until two updates later.
And it's not just anyone's virginity, because NIki would have qualified.
So it's either someone specific (liekly Yasu, the initial messenger, or Sana, who has clearly been chosen for something), or the force element is at play.
But I do expect that he will not meet the deadline, and that the consequences for that failure will be what push us into Chapter 4 and very likely, a much darker Winter.

Anyone ever wondered why it's "this town has two halves"?
The one thing that came up the most was always "a brain has two too" for me.
Would also explain the barrier (skull).
And what about only two seasons? Summer and Winter?

I always assumed the old man had been put in a deep freezer, and his death had affected Tsuneyo in some Psycho-esque (Hitchcock) style. And that was drawing all the power after having being turned up to the max with all the thermostats defeated.
Being the only one to converse with (and visit) a deceased authoritative (parent) figure is the obvious hallmark that probably everyone has already assumed.
But I don’t expect there’s any actual medical equipment other than some Frankenstein, brain-in-a-jar or aforementioned DIY-cryogenic setup (or metamorphosis into a tree with wires for roots). Reason being the funding required, lack of medical (doc or tech) visitors, and that being so severe would require the setup to be in a hospital anyway.

Now with Chinami sick is the perfect opportunity for a scene where Chika needs Akira to look after her while she go to work/errand/grocery, and Akira needs to take her temperature with a butt thermometer and Yumi arrives right on time to smell his finger.
Annual passes are through PayPal, one of the culprits behind the Patreon rule changes that eventually got the game thrown off the platform. Assuming they investigate the related terms like developer name, they will eventually find the game and we would see a second coming of the Patreon incident with the annual passes. Of course, this is only assuming they would look that deep.

Something I assumed with the whole Sekai grooming sensei vs supernatural Entities controlling sensei:
It could very well be that the supernaturtal entities (the USERs, gods or what have you) somehow express themselves through her way of acting.
As in, Sekai grooms Sensei, the gods copy that way of acting from her, and then control sensei.
Basically, it could very wel be both, Sekai personality and the Gods.
The whole "Sensei repeats the things Sekai did to him as a way of coping" could be limited to being attracted to younger girls + the other bad things about him, and it's the supernatural aspect that pushes him over the line in these scenes.
