So, Ami doesn't let Akira set "daddy" as a lustname, but eventually this happens:
Now, we know Akira's her father, as she does as well since previous cycles had her living with Akira and Sekai as a married couple. But maybe this ties in with her nightvision (seeing more with her eyes closed), and for a moment she recalled him being her father, and promptly forgot about it again?
