Just checked out this game (heard about it via Harem Collector cross promo). Really like it so far, and I especially like that there (at least so far) appears to be no time limit so I can just explore content instead of having to follow a walkthru religiously in order to avoid missing everything.

I pretty much like the whole cast but I'm praying there's a scene eventually with Maki + Makato, those two are fantastic.
There is content you can miss based on making certain decisions and reaching certain points without meeting certain criteria, but no actual traditional time limit. You can take as long as you need, just don't unlock certain things without doing the missable stuff that goes with it and you'll see everything.

I have same problem. I've also played over 4 weeks gametime, going to places and calling girls but I haven't found any new content except that Makoto seems to be nowhere to be seen. So, if anyone can tell requirements to unlock these scenes, please tell.

Main story: There is Nothing, Changing of Seasons
Chika: Baby It's Cold Outside
Makoto: Semblance of a Soul
Futaba: Selfless
Uta and Io scenes: all of them
Kirin: Full Blossom
I figured it out by accident. You have to trigger all of the scenes, even the hidden 'happy' events. Nothing will happen unless you've unlocked every available scene in chapter 1.

Except those that have been officially missed, in other words, ones marked red, yes.

Yep, and that's fine. I'm too much of a completionist to really like "branching content" very much (I like the N in VN), but I totally get that declining an offer will miss a scene, etc. I just don't like being punished (i.e. missing content) because of choices that I made when I don't have enough information.

A little further along now, just hit the room with clocks, which appears to be the first of MANY "happy scenes". And holy SHIT. This game went from "really well-written quirky hentai with some clever 4th-wall play" to just . It might not really be a "horror story" but that horror tag isn't just fucking around either.

Lovin' this game. How the hell did i not hear about this one before?

Yeah, no, that tag is not just for show. It really does deliver and it does so extremely well.

While there is missable content that is missed by making bad decisions, the most prominent missable content that is missed in that way does have a workaround. The key to missing or not missing is when you do the event that makes you miss it. There are also warnings in the text itself, so just pay attention and show a bit of restraint on when you trigger events and you'll be fine.

Correct version is available on Patreon.
Well, yeah. But I'm a $2 peasant, so I hang out on pirate sites to get the more up-to-date versions a little early :p

S'alright, easy enough to spin a Mac verson from the Windows one using the SDK. (I'll never understand why 95% of RenPy developers don't just check all the platform boxes and release a single game bundle that is usable by everyone instead of dealing with the hassle of multiple uploads.)

Hey bud, can you teach me how to do that? I've dowloaded the SDK, but I don't know how to get the games to show up in the launcher.

I wanna play some other "window-exclusive" games on my mac:sneaky:

Checking all those boxes creates individual builds for every single one of them, not one bundle usable by all platforms

Really ?!?!?! Well, that would explain it. I just tried it and got exactly what you said, so clearly my previous statement was BS.

I could have sworn I'd done this before and gotten a single directory with a content tree, and .exe + .app (and a shell script for linux) files at the directory root. Either I was running in a mode I can no longer find or I'm thinking of a completely different game engine (or I'm just insane). I hereby take back all the annoyed thoughts I have directed at renpy developers over the last couple years. Thank you for the enlightenment, good sir!

(Also, your game rocks, and I do intend to upgrade to the $5 track as soon as I free up some headroom in my monthly Patreon budget.)

Without getting too far into spoilers, I get a major feeling that this game is going to fuck with me. I'm fine with that, but some of the spoilers indicate the MC is a baddie. I'm fine with bad things happening, but is this the sort of game where the MC is basically the cause of all bad things? My heart can't take another tour of Spec Ops.

Oh, don't you worry, you'll be perfectly fine. A bit of mental instability never hurt anyone.

You're not alone. I've been avoiding spoilers, but stuff like wanting to chuck Yumi off a bridge in strikethru is enough to put The Fear in me.

Some of the H-scene-you've-really-earned-after-a-slow-burn -> Happy Scene transitions are just *epic* boner kills. I'm learning that if I'm gonna fap to this game, I need to just leave the damned space bar alone and fap while the fapping is good. (The difference between playing an H-game and browsing pornhub is immersion, and judging by the visceral reaction I'm having to some of this stuff I'm pretty immersed.)

Not all the bad things. Just plenty... in a way. It doesn't really help that all the girls had been troubled way before the start of the game.
Of course, it probably doesn't help that their teacher starts trying to get intimate with them, but on the bright side, they are getting emotional support in the process. If you play you cards right, Rin's events can be some of the sweetest. You can also screw over your relationship with her if you play it badly.

Of course, with Yumi's event its clear that you, or even Sensei for that matter, won't always be able to make a decision. This whole world and characters are written in a way that misery will find its way in.

Oh, I completely forgot. Selebus I found something weird in this part.

In sara's first Lust event, when Sensei asks to be called Sana, she says at the end "I'll just think of something else to call you"

I am pretty sure Sensei is supposed to say "I'll just think of something else for you to call me."

Also:
m "I’m annoyed by how true that is. But yes, I require food immediately or I am probably going to kill someone. "
s "Not it. Take Ami instead."

Pretty sure Sensei is supposed to say "Not me."

Lastly, in Bluejay: "Not together, obviously. But as ourselves."
I think Sensei meant "But by ourselves" or "But in our own"
Dunno if "as ourselves" is intentional, but it left me confused, so I will add it.

After 30 edits: My fucking screencap wouldn't upload, so I just typed the dialogue as it was.

I should probably warn you now, this is, in fact, considered more of a normal game than an H game with H as a secondary component, a side dish if you will. Think of it more like an R rated movie with sex scenes, because R ratings do allow that under certain limitations, in a sea of porn movies.

As for the rest, yeah, there are some scares and yeah player Sensei is the cause of some of the bad things. He is a full blown opportunist and will take any opportunity he can get to be with the girls and get in their pants. The only time he won't is if he is endangering his overall goal of getting them all by taking one or is in danger of losing the girl he is going after at the time by being too pushy.

Let's take Rin for example, she's already extremely unstable and is known not to have feelings for him at this time due to having feelings for another. If player Sensei were to try and get with her immediately instead of waiting until she wasn't on a literal mental cliff edge, she would likely resist, it would likely be forced all the way, and she would likely never be seen again except in a morgue after Futaba finds her.

That said, there are other forces at play beyond anything we as players have the ability to comprehend with what we've been given so far. The Yumi kiss was not him, he was forced to force a kiss on her. That is probably the biggest example in the game so far. Of course, Yumi doesn't know this, so she thinks it was just him and hates him for it.

no opinion on the first one, but the other two are fine. "not it" is a common phrase to exclude yourself from something (comes from the game "tag" or "it" where the person who is "it" is the one doing the chasing) and "as ourselves" iirc is refering to the fact that they're experiencing the same thing, but not as a unit but I could be misremembering that scene
