(My thoughts upon reading both DeSkel's and aramaug's points on the upside down house - please correct me, as I find this topic hard to parse).

Okay so, we know that there are five girls in the upside down house.

Again, I still find this topic confusing.
My old mind exercise if you wish to check, which was done based solely on the roster from the blue balloon image and the assumption that the number of residents will not go above this roster and what was on that drawing; hence Shiori and Setsuna were not accounted for and this exercise might become increasingly incorrect.
At this point I think it's easier to assume that there simply are more residents in the upside down house rather than guessing whether name A and name B both point at the same person for the sole purpose of fitting every name we've gotten into a total of 5 girls only, especially if the names are clearly Japanese-originated (i.e., excluding Balaam the prophet, papa, and DOUBT).

Noted that I for now exclude Himawari. Most resident names that were mentioned either from the game or the twitter posts were all seemingly coming from Kyoko's POV. Himawari was and still is an exception to that, and the fact that Kyoko also dreamed of "a blue eye girl" makes me believe that Himawari wasn't a part of the upside down house residents the same way Kyoko was. The reason why Himawari got brought into mess could be because she knows a Shiori and Kyoko knows a Shiori too, but this doesn't necessitate Himawari's residency in the upside down house. Just like Futaba knows a Kyoko but does not belong to the upside down house, imo Himawari's presence in the upside down house will only be guaranteed once a piece of Kyoko's journal directly described a certain normal human being that has a striking resemblance to our beloved shapeshifter.

Regardless, the girl with the lavender hair was implied to be Yuko (Lavender) and also DOUBT (An Excerpt From a Waterlogged Journal), and the girl Kyoko constantly pestered and lusted over. I don't think Yuko was Reina since Reina's sprite is available at least in NiB, and I don't think Yuko is Futaba's mother as the connection between "a girl that has lavender for hair or hair color of lavender" and "a girl that uses lavender-flavored perfume" is not strong.

But back to your question regarding Miu, Saki, and Kyoko's situations, I think it is next to impossible to tell without first knowing what upside down house really is about. Is it terminal 22 (whatever this means)? Is it a surreal way of describing a part of an insane person's life that has actually happened before? Is it sort of surreal like Silent Hill where everyone was entrapped? Is it completely surreal and upside down house only existed in Kyoko's head? This will remain a big pile of unresolved mess until at least we get to know what upside down house means, and this pile of mess greatly impacts how reliable we can achieve when theorizing the past of these residents.

For example, I've long thought about the upside down house being an insane asylum (or any place that prompts group living without being a school dorm). This means the residents can show up at different time and don't have to be in the same age group. The papa, and the names not on the blue balloon roster were names of the workers there. The residents can be sent here for their own reasons well after they gave birth to someone. Of course, this isn't provable and Otoha kind of already disproved it by bringing up the idea of "putting Kyoko in a home". What I am trying to get my point across instead is that "pregnancy or upside down house: which happened first" depends way too much on "what exactly is the upside down house".

There's talk about other games in pretty much every other thread i look into, so this is not uncommon.
Besides i don't think i would have found LIL back then if it wouldn't have been mentioned in the Hero Harem Guild Thread.

Further, LiL, OOT and one or two other games had this cross promotion thingy going on about two years ago so any talk about their relation is kind of on topic.

And LoveRedHairedGirl, maybe you want to give that game a try.

That story confuses my dumb brain even more than LiL does. I have seriously considered dropping the game or waiting a year to play again. My favorite girls are Teresa, Sarah, Matoi, and Ashley. Teresa feels to me to be barely in the story and if Sarah does vanish for good I'm not sure I can take it. Matoi damn wish she had a nice solo sex scene (I'm hoping you say I missed it). Kieran never did it for me, I like Misaki way more. Too many versions of the same character gets very confusing. Also liked Jaime at the start but she's become way more annoying since then. She interrupted such a great sex scene with Misaki a couple update ago. Lea too is just super bitchy. Great first sex scene though.
Teresa just had an arc. So...

Reina might be the mother of Sara and Ai the mother of Haruka (Or Niki and Noriko), but that's just based off them having similar looks, presumably.

Reina is from 'Nothing Is Beautiful':

In what little we know of her, she's sporty (like Karin), looks similar to Sara and Sana, loves horror movies (like Sana), and is "ordinary" and Maya-ish, even asking and doing certain things that Maya does. Also has a messed up leg.

Assuming those Reinas are the same, of course.

As for the different names, there may be multiple generations in the Upside Down House, or...the actual occupants are "Shapeshifters", and play different characters at times. Like the Pink Haired Girl might play as Ai (possibly a character from 'Nothing is Beautiful' that never showed up), and I'm wondering if the Girl with Blue Eyes (Himawari), plays another Girl with Blue Eyes:

At times. They may have several names due to this.

There seems to be certain rules they also have to follow. Perhaps these Rules were made by Balaam the prophet/papa?

The actual occupants could also be creatures brought up at the Pareidolia Mall Happy Event 'Amy':

Overall: The UDH (and whatever is going on with The Mall) is still a mystery.

I also have to wonder if we're actually playing as a "Shapeshifter" that got lost in their role as Sensei/Akira, or something.

Edit: I kind of like my Christmas hat, tbh.

Does this mean Otoha is getting the D?
From my point of view (pov) they will live this roleplay out one day, beware of "Ane-Chan" lust name.
By what was provided in terms of pink event titles, i don't think it will happen in .46.
Though, it's almost "Last christmas i gave you my d..." :D

Pink Titles just mean that there's a lust score threshold to meet before the scene is triggered.

Baby's First D (my name for the scenes that unlock the Lust score for a character) is never a pink title.

Hm, hmmmm. I'd say you're right about that one. I'm just not entirely sure.
I guess best example i remember would be Moly's BJ scene and what color it has, to judge.
