Is it too early to talk about what we hope for in .46?

Here's what I was thinking earlier tonight:
No rape, no murder
More smiling Maya
A great Niki scene with no interruptions
Molly sex

What else.... I just want a calmer and happier update.
No you don't

If this game was all roses and sunshine you wouldn't be as interested in it as you're now.

Boring

More cumming Maya

Niki will have sex, but has no personal events. Threesome probability is extremly high

Girl has her first lust event, I'm rooting for her
Disagree with the first one and Sel doesn't want to give us a proper Maya scene/memory. I hope we get one though.

I haven't yet made a compilation on this, but a lot of what Noriko says and does fits with her being fake. Obviously it could all be a red herring.

It's likely a red herring. But then again, Noriko's presence, Niki's unexpected rise to fame (noted by Noriko herself), everything about them leading to Akira recovering memories, that's very much on purpose. So I guess it's more of a question of how much of it is on purpose (following the school's destruction only in this cycle - and Ami having no idea about who Noriko even is when Maya storms out of the classroom), rather than if any of it is.

Oh, another minor thing, but who is the pink haired person in the upside down house?

The pink haired girl might be Ai Ariyoshi.

Pareidolia mentioned her name along with others:

Including Kyoko, who definitely seems to be involved with the Upside Down House stuff, and Kyoko has seemed to mention Ai:

We also had Sel(?) post this:
You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
Which seems to suggest those names (6 names, 6(?) stick figures), and the lore of the pink haired girl stuff are connected, and that she may be rather young. (Albeit, Miu in particular who has red hair doesn't seem to be there, which possibly debunks a connection)

Other posts of 'Are You Happy Here?' also have someone referring to themselves with a little 'a' as you can find here:
And now I'm going down the rabbit hole because half of the tweets on there are from the perspective of the characters in the upside down house. The names line up with the names we just got in the blue balloon images and so do the random bits of information.

Anyway I'm going to stop now. But there is a whole bunch more on that twitter and if you read it assuming its someone inside the upside down house alot of it kind of fits.

Its the first time I have seen these twitter posts so apologies if people had already seen this stuff.
I am assuming the pink haired girl smiling (while others aren't), the words in the image being lowercase, and the person using a lowercase "a" are all meant to imply that Ai is the Pink Haired girl.

Or it's someone else entirely. Hard to say.

TLDR: Ai seems to be the Pink Haired Girl in the Upside Down House stuff. Idk wtf is going on with Shiori. Yet.

I think it's going to be calmer and happier at least.

Outside of that one thing that rhymes with Lizard Checks

June 2019, which is your date of registration.
Please don't take it the wrong way, but you seem to have missed (besides lot's of other people), that we had this "discussion" already, and it ended up very heated. (I know because i was involved , no bad blood though from pov)
It would have taken you a whole ten seconds of clicking on my profile or searching the thread to find out that I made my first post here in May 2024 when I played LiL for the first time. The only in-depth post on this topic since then is my own from October. It's asinine to expect new people to read through 40,000+ posts of old discussion.
So what you guys are saying is that Ami is daughter mk.1 (the one made through oldschool normal reproduction with a human female);

but then in an alternate timeline we have Maya - daughter mk.2 (the one made through virgin birth without a human female, but instead through good old fishing a fallen god out of the wishing well);

and then we have in yet another timeline Himawari - daughter mk.3 (the one made through good oldschool normal reproduction with a human female but with a twist of skipping all her childhood and hopping back as a shapeshifting teenager from the future)?

Ami (red hair) - Maya - Himawari = the exact same person. So at the end of the day there's really only one narrator, and no ntr cause they're also the same person :ROFLMAO: so at worst it's masturbation.
Himawari Amamiya
Himawari Amimaya
Himawari AmiMaya
Himawari Ami Maya

I rest my case.

More seriously, the key phrase was "used to be". The general idea is that Maya wasn't created from nothing or by pulling something random from the well, but by splitting off a part of the original version of Ami (or at least Ami's analogue from outside the simulation). Within the world of Terminal 23 they exist as completely separate people. Also, since I haven't referenced it in awhile, I'll remind you of the One True Theory: Ami and Maya are two halves of USER4.

There's no reason to bring Himawari into this, after all she's the actual normal teenage girl (TM). And I'm not sure if you're serious with the skipping childhood thing, but she talks about her childhood in "Parallelogram" and "Irregular Heartbeat".

I agree with DeSkel that the pink-haired girl is likely Ai Ariyoshi, who we know next to nothing about. I think she's also the pink-haired girl referenced in the waiting room in 0.45, and she might be the "unknown pink a" referenced in Mother's Milk (which I think is what animexmangafan was trying to remember) - see my 8th point here.

We do know one absolutely essential fact about Ai, though:

We also had Sel(?) post this:

The image also includes Yuko (lavender hair), who isn't on the special thanks list. It's just occurred to me that the tall figure is probably the mysterious "Setsuna", who is unusually tall according to the twitter:

In which case, maybe the figures are from left to right: Kyoko, Yuko, Ai, Setsuna, Shiori?

Yeah part of that theory I was talking about yesterday has "Ami" trapped in the well and us needing to rescue her (based on a chapter 1 throwaway line)

(My thoughts upon reading both DeSkel's and aramaug's points on the upside down house - please correct me, as I find this topic hard to parse).

Okay so, we know that there are five girls in the upside down house.

Again, I still find this topic confusing.

What is OOT
Out of Touch.

Like this game, an ambitious adult cosmic/existential horror harem game* with deep lore, a sexy, diverse cast of compelling characters and a sprawling plot. Both are plotty stories with sex, rather than porn stories withh some plot. Both games are well written by native English speakers, are set in Japan, and have a multi-year history of steady development.

OoT’s main differences from LiL:
  1. No loli (except in one flashback); there’s only one character who’s portrayed as less than 18
  2. No backstory of sexual abuse and incest
  3. Both are funny, but OoT is less snarky/sardonic
  4. It takes a while to start getting sex scenes (but once they come…. Whew!)
  5. The MC is a goof, but he’s not a horrible human being
  6. The creators don’t seem to be assholes
* Though there are some combat and sandbox sequences, it’s really a kinetic novel—there aren’t any substantive choices. Mind, I don’t think LiL has many, and I don’t think Sel has done much with them to this point.
