Chroniclers of lore, i have something wonder. Having now played this fucking game 4 times.
Did Akira throw his heart into the wishing well when he commited suicide? Not getting into wether or not the world is his to make etc etc. But that's the only connection I make when Paredoila(?) says that Sensei was one who made him something in an existing term. And that there would be time where he was to find Paredoila again. And the theory imo would dictate that Akira would need to be desperate enough to pull him out again.
Also, from a thematic standpoint, just going to blabber on. With the advent of new Seasons, spring in this case. I get the feeling that the world is fundamentally flawed because it is not whole, am i wrong for getting to that conclusion? Each character is fucked in their own way, and getting used to how the game itself rationalises and explains stuff, most of everyone seem unwhole.
Perhaps HOPE, or gods whatever. Are thematically expressed through their dependence on the mortal form to exist and are ironically, mentioned at many times, to be decaying and losing themselves as well. For i believe a God would also be desperate, stacked up against the endless sands of time. And some of them would probably move to cement themselves in ways they can manage.
Some more forcefully than others. They need the mortal form in order to be something. And I would bet a tiny bit that the defeciency, or rather, gaping holes in the various individuals within the game. Are a direct parellel to this. The world has already claimed something from them which blossoms into their various defeciencies. Because the world itself wants and needs something. Hell, Akira is even told to take things that are not his. And he is as empty as can be. Or used to be.
I could be compleeeeetely off mark though. But I've just been very invested in digging into the text of the game a bit more. Besides this is a pretty good excuse for me to get all of the God lore thrown at me so I don't have to wade across 2500 pages of forum posts.
