Very quick insights into update. Purely by skimming the images so probably no lore spoilers. Definitely content spoilers though.

Don't know if I have time to check this out before the chain starts, but I can confirm the mayablock flag is properly respected in 0.46. You can't even see Maya as an option on the dorm with her blocked. Wonder how much other stuff from the broken sandbox is fixed.
I can confirm Ami's sex still has twin tails in the dorm but you might be able to infer from Kirin's updates that Ami might get cut hair versions of dorm sex. Kirin got a bunch of outfits added to repeatable sex scenes, maybe Ami will get some next content pass.

Is it only me or has this post changed recently? I feel like Selebus' support pages were displayed before and I think the horror tag originally said existential horror and not horror. Please tell me I'm not going crazy.

There was one faster and they even got us the full game thankfully. The user below is correct.
Mega and Gofile "count" differently. One in GB and the other one in GiB. Still the same size tho.

mostly automatic event chain at the weekend
Make sure you have futaba affection +40, molly lust +10, to get the full event chain featuring futaba, then molly, then tsubasa (very worth it).
There's a tsukasa event that you need to be fully on her dark-path route for.
Secret event if ayane is at +4000 affection (nothing special) - auto triggers during event chain. .
Visit otoha's dorm room after main event chain.

Honestly don't update until you beat 0.45, depending on how long you take to get there AutoVN might update.
As for the support pages I don't think they were there recently. They should have been removed years ago when Selebus got themselves banned from the site. Now the point of the thread is to pirate the game and talk about it in an environment where you don't have to worry about sucking Sel's cock to stay around
Within the last 20 days. Not very helpful but that's how long I've been playing. Pretty sure that was changed for good reason too, but both horror tags can be included, can't they? It's like 50/50 psychological and regular horror. Not too scary and maybe the psychological horror part could be better but it's just as likely that I'm just that resistant which I believe I am.
Interesting lore drop. I wouldn't mind more info on that actually. I recently searched something up that lead me to find that indeed he used to be on the page and did talk down the mods a bit but I don't know the context. It would explain why he complain about piracy so much, specifically the care packages.
