I'm struggling to keep track of all the voices, who is it that's saying "Please remember all I do for you" anyway. I'm inclined to assume wires just because they've been the most helpful but idk if that tracks with the purple smiley face.

Wires is the purple smile, or at least the best fit for it. I'm hesitant to point out the others quite yet since I know you're doing a playthrough at Ch2 christmas 2 and I don't know if you've also played the lastest updates or not.
And now, for something completely different that I probably will not repeat in the future.
Would I marry that character based on what I know about them right now? Took like 3 minutes to make this and there is no particular order within each tier.
Honestly I have quite the soft spot for Sara. Who wouldn't want to marry a cheerful, attractive, sex loving woman around 30 who is still sort of like a teen at heart?

That someone you don't like is someone I like because of later chapter developments. I'm not spoiling more than that.
I can also see based on some of those characters that there are people who would already fight for their waifus.
Well, it's not a hate list, it's a marriage list. You don't have to marry everyone you like as a person, you just have to admit you will never really get along in a committed relationship. That's of course hard to figure out until you have tried and it's not something one person can decide for the other. I'm sure that if I were to look back at the characters in a later version or by the end of the game, my choices may be different, but different enough? Hard to say.

It’s your second option if Maya Prime’s own understanding and her hard drive analogy are correct: when an iteration died, everything related to his progress with every student other than Maya received a hard reset. These students may have lingering memories or romantic thoughts about Sensei (hence opening up to him unusually faster), but in terms of virginity it would appear to be fully restored as the game implies.
Notably, Ami’s evidence of being a virgin at the start of the game is in fact more ambiguous than the rest of the girls because it happened in the bath and the blood supposedly floating around in the tub looked eerily similar to her long ass twin tails (now I don’t doubt she wasn’t a virgin and I do think there WAS blood, otherwise I have the deal with the reality that Ami somehow really survived a hard reset, or even several hard resets for that matter)

This point is probably being overthought, unless the virginity board is secondary to this discussion which I don't think it is. Not to mention the [girl]_virgin flags which are in the game already.
For whatever reason, all the girls we've had sex with were virgins (ch3 ending and afterward not counting yet until the next appearance of the board. Those will be two different cases of girls known to not be virgins having sex with Akira affecting the board or not)
Also I'm unable to weigh in yet whether sex with the mothers affects the board or not, until I reach the second board event myself.

Ahh reached chapter 3 and Niki's first event What It Takes To Move Forward and wow I continue to be astonished at how much I resonate with the philosophical themes of this story on a daily level.
I'm constantly seeking out dark stories about broken people and tragedy partly because I empathize with the self-loathing part of myself that I struggled with for a LONG time.
But also feel like I'm trying to balance things out because things are...while they aren't perfect. I'm OKAY now...
but there definitely is always a part of me that feels scared, that if things get too good I will have to fall and I'm scared to find out what that would mean.
So I can't let myself be too HAPPY, I must balance it out with suffering even if it's through the lense of a piece of media.
And I'm eating this shit up.
Hearing these sad and traumatic tales really puts into perspective how worse it could be and prevents things from feeling for granted.
It makes all the good moments in these stories (and sometimes real life) feel almost euphoric.
Also it's kinda scary how certain aspects of Niki and Akira's relationship mirror my own first love. We gave each other our virginity when we were still together so that much is different, but she still meant a lot to me and of course it hurt when we fell apart. I'm sure many people had this type of first love, there's a reason why it's a trope but man the writing really nails the feeling of that relationship for me and makes me reminisce.

Well, that's the beauty of a good story. It is fiction, but the way we work through our stuff alongside these characters is very much real. I'm glad the story resonated with you in a good way, I'd wager many of us here have had those moments as well.
