I don't know if it's just me, but sometimes I get mildly creeped out by Sana's other eye. I kept picturing her as if she had strabismus or just lacked an iris in the other eye. For example:

It amazes me just how tied to their hairstyles some koikatsu characters can be, soon as you change the hair they look so drastically different, that's not fuckin' Sana man... it's just not.
Here's an example: Change her bangs, add glasses then change her iris and she is now Makoto in her broken state.

What bothers me the most with the characters is the forehead/skull ratio.
When you notice how fucking HUGE their foreheads are, you can't unnotice. It's egregious when you look at Sensei more specifically.

It's a gameworld full of sixheads.
What bothers me as someone who's never actually used the KK program, is that I see all those options and that the engine is quite robust, and %90 of the KK-based games on this site look like absolute garbage because the developer is apparently touching NONE of them.
SO... quick question for anyone whos played this game; is the NTR tag for us or the girls? Really want to play but im unsure if the girls are being stolen or just cucking each other by fucking you.

What ntr tag? Also, you're basically the only dude that shows up in the game. So there's a lot of women fucking each other. You have the option to sleep with married women though since their husbands aren't in the city. If you do plan on playing, I would recommend the guide mod since the game is rough to play without it.

Ok so as several people pointed out, I'm blind and dumb for thinking this game had NTR tag, my bad. Vehemental, what insecurity? I was asking about the NTR content (of which there is none) and whether it was actual Netorare or Netori instead. A girl stealing you from a different girl could be labeled as NTR in a game. Confession Game does just that, you try to confess to a girl you like while three others tempt you into failing and its tagged as NTR. So no insecurity, just ignorance on my behalf.
Outside that is the game worth playing? And I mean story wise worth it.

I would say it's definitely worth playing and checking out. The story is fascinating but I will mention that it's more of a sex-charged story than a porn game story. I'd also recommend you get the guide mod because figuring out what you need to get certain events is miserable in this game.

Well, some people think that having your love interests having sex with each other is NTR, and the guy who told you were insecure probably thought you were one of those people.
About this game, obviously this thread will tell you that it's good. And I agree, it is just that good. But objectively speaking, this game can be very polarizing. You either love it or hate it. The biggest strength of this game is the character building, so if you do find the girls fun to talk with in the first chapter then you're most likely going to love this game.
