That's not what I said, and you've been angling for quotes like that for a while. I said to stop calling it rape. If you don't stop saying it, then all of the sex in the game outside of the adults becomes rape and muddies all of the discussion to the point of deterring people from joining in. Eg: Making the time he almost raped Noriko equal to the time he almost raped Molly.

He had a typical boy girl sexual relationship with Niki back when they were young, and a sexual relationship with his brother's wife, Sekai, at the same time which he was fiercely loyal to for some reason. Later updates show Akira defending Sekai from people calling her a monster, and 0.50 explains what his brother was doing to both of them. Beating them, Sekai's beating being referenced during the Kyoto flashback
Shot in the dark, perhaps Sekai was in the same sort of game Akira is in now where the universe sort of bends to accommodate and encourage his wants. All of the girls are, for the most part, accepting of his bullshit and blindly, unbreakably, in love him just like he does for Sekai. Perhaps it's still a lingering effect?

I did play 5.0 I just haven't played 5.1 as I am waiting for the guide mod to update. I saw that she was being fucked with, but to what extent we haven't see or if she was in the same boat as Akira or just messed in the head like Nodoka.
WDYM confirmed? Chapter 4 will have 372 events by the end of year, the closest one is chapter 2 with less than 345 (I don't remember how much of 0.11 events were in chapter 2, so I added them all)
