Can't speak on Fanfest content as I haven't touched it (and won't), but I file that under "as canonical as the care package animations," which is to say -- not at all.

Maya has said a few times in the game she's attracted to girls as well; and I believe Ayane or Ami has also stated Maya swings that way. Plus there is the statement from the game that only dorms 2, 3 and 9 don't have any lesbian/bisexual girls living in them. The convos are mostly one offs around her as she doesn't talk about herself. I also seem to remember Noriko saying Maya was Bi as well.

Chika also said she was attracted and would date a girl back in Chapter 1, before even getting really involved with Akira. Plus she is like the the president of the Niki fan club that wants to bone her. AT a min, she is Niki-sexual.

Yumi did say she thought Shohei Otani was hot and like the perfect guy and that he could "get it". Could be a cover, but I think she's just straight but doesn't like to talk about sex.
