I agree with you. I also think that Maya would only have sex with a woman if it was with Akira. In the scene where Ami fucks her, it was clearly not willingly, although she liked it (she says she liked it because she was sexually unsatisfied since she and Akira are not having sex).
If you replay that event chain, you will see Ami is the one who suggest scary room to Maya.
If you do a replay of the game you will see LOADS of instances that hint towards her knowledge of everything.
It totally does. Replaying the game gives you a lot of instances where Ami knows everything, and Maya subtly trying to make sensei remember the past.

Maya Prime seems to have survived but is currently contained in a sort of prison (replica of heaven), under AmIOkay's supervision (during Noriko's TSS).
Have to hope it's mild enough to not delay the update again.

Like what information from the game led you to this conclusion. And also, who is Long Maya? What would Noriko's TSS be? Sorry for the thousand questions, it's just that I really don't remember that and I would like to understand more because Maya Prime is my favorite character and I was anxious for her possible return.
