You're probably right, once you made the choice to fuck them they haven't been missable just had a 5 lust requirement until now (And even now Sana and Molly would already have more than 5 lust each if you're on green path)
Forgot to mention, Tsuneyo and Makoto have the longer event chains this time. Is Tsuneyo going to remember her husband again before the reset gets her? She had all that weirdness this reset too with her brother and something making her super horny and copying Yumi and Akira / Sekai and Akira before Nao slipped us out.
Majority of the names you pick only appear in h-scenes. Ami and I think Chika are the only exceptions if you chooses daddy as your lust name for them.

There's been a couple of moments where it has mattered. 0.51 actually added one for Miku if you made her call you Makoto and you were having Makoto call you Miku at the time. It's only gotten a line or two as a result nothing major.
Especially given that there was only one trigger per week to farm lust with her, and that trigger also happened to be at the same time as the trigger to start dorm wars, so that you then had to wait another week after farming the required lust to be able to actually start the event.
Could be both. Enjoys twisting the knife at dorm wars, then he has to spend the month telling people how they need to farm imani lust to get the content of the new update and now knows it's not worth it. Otherwise he could have made this update require 5 molly lust.
There are a couple that will have some additional dialog changes outside of the original event. One that comes to mind is having Kirin call you Nodoka and then seeing Taking the Reins during the 2nd beach vacation. Also getting Sara and Haruka to call you each others names adds dialog in Engulfed.
