I always feel so stupid because I can rarely connect the dots on my own, even when it should be obvious. I'm always thankful to see explanations like these posted. I don't know where I would be without this forum.

I was just going to post that I discovered this by accident as well, myself. Saved me going through a whole in-game week of grind.

Original Ami is so much cuter, besides not being an insufferably awful person. Not that current Ami is a bad look, just that I miss the old one, for many reasons.

So is there LiL merch out there? Is such a thing even feasible (definitely not advisable, but that doesn't stop people)? Because if there is, "Rooftop Apocalypse Squad" T-shirts would seem to be a top seller. Highly awkward trying to explain the meaning to anyone who asks, though, not to mention you would be outing yourself to anyone who somehow figured out the origin. Still...

Great update, enjoyed it greatly!
The only downside is the "emotion" shift right at the end, that turned it from mistery into...I don't know what. Actually that's' not really a downside, considering that there is a 2 months wait now, and it sucked away the interest for me, which will make the wait much more bearable.

After replaying this update, I think Sel really fumbled the Maya decapitation reveal by telling, then showing instead of showing and not telling. After Nao's warning in the previous update and Tsuneyo's comment about something happening in the background. If he were to cut Tsuneyo's line and left Nao's warning, it would've been enough to set it up. The constant beating over the head of "something is going to happen", so pay attention isn't necessary. He basically gave us an exposition alley-oop to know something bad was going to happen. After playing this game for so long, you start to hone in on what Sel is doing with his writing. His writing is still good, but I feel like he has already shown the majority of his tricks, with 0.35 being his greatest one.

Not the first time it happens. I have been "predicting" small things for years and they end up happening, I just never get to have the whole information.

Just last month I mentioned that all of the powers in charge love Ayane, and I don't remember where exactly in this update but Selebus himself literally wrote in the game how that is indeed the case.


I also knew how somebody was going to die soon. I just didn't think it would be Maya...

Selebus keeps changing the script non-stop which makes it difficult to keep track of things. I am still waiting for the promised return of WIRES.

Does anyone still have the update for .50->.51? I checked this post from August 1st, but the link is dead. I really don't want to have to download 13gb again.

I do not think Times New Roman is Sana's ending though. I think it's just an ending. This one could actually be Ayane's ending, since it's called so. But that begs the question about her incoming purity route. Again, maybe it's Ayane's ending from Himawari's point of view - which would make it Himawari's childhood/origin ending, rather than our Ayane's (post-resets) one.

Is it possible that Himawari has been skinwalking characters during past events (other than the ones outright revealed to be her), and is there a limit to who she can present herself as? I feel like there are many scenes during past events that could be explained this way.

Also, is she responsible for both teleporting Akira around and altering memories?
