Half of this still makes the same amount of sense, and the other half is just confusing right now. What does god have to do with it in the first place? Wasn't she wished to love him in the first place? With the new confirmation that Terminal 23 is the result of Maya's wish, and Maya is the result of Akira's wish, go back and play the first 3 Main Events of Chapter 3: "Virgin of the Apocalypse", "Memories", and "Empty Eyes". This new context gives a whole world of meaning to these events, and potentially provides major hints to the wording of their wishes, which is inherently tied to the mystery of the world. I'm currently pouring over them trying to decipher them, though quite frankly I'm pretty sure the theorycrafters here will do a better job of it than I will. I've included some screenshots below to whet your appetites, but real quick before I move on to that, unrelated to the wishes, Ayane opened one of Maya's boxes and was trying to grab Akira's attention, claiming that it was something important he needed to take a look at. Curiously, she never described what was in there, so the contents of the true boxes instead of whatever the hell nuMaya was carrying that one time may hold a major clue or bootstrap. Anyways, screenshots:

Need more game context now because because before 0.53 it felt like Maya defied the wish that brought her into existence and fell in love with Akira instead, I would have said at the time that Ami made Maya to help Akira love Ami more (Maya 2 dialogue when she was introduced)
