Nah, I disagree. It would be awkward as hell, none of them have any idea on how to lead in a relationship. Rin is more of a submissive girl, as Otoha call her "a puppy waiting for her master". And Molly has her on a pedestal, she wouldn't know what to do, I can see her tiptoeing around her and showing too many insecurities that Rin doesn't like in a partner. Also, and this is a personal view, I don't think is a good idea to go out with a person that has almost identical interests as yours, you need someone that can broaden your horizons. And finally, they have a beautiful friendship, why ruin it?
Molly literally stole Rin's first kiss, more or less tackled her, and is currently seducing Sensei. I wouldn't consider her submissive or a "tiptoer". She's like Wakana to Osako's Rin in a way. Rin even speaks Molly much like how Osako seems to speak Wakana.
