In relation to Akira's parents and their seemingly unknown fate (and also Sekai):I was a complete dumb dumb and hadn't opened your tag.
Would he? I think it's the exact opposite.

This pretty much sums up my thoughts on this. Akira's not exactly hyper-masculine himself (i.e in the over-the-top way one may expect from someone struggling with repressed sexuality or gender identity), I find the first line here more accurate in regards to his actual personality. As far as his reactions to being prodded about it go they're generally banterous, he doesn't lash out over it or devote any real time thinking about it or being sour about it in any instance I can think of. Even the Yuki bike scene doesn't stand out to me that much - if anything I'd say the opposite, the fact that he straight up told Yuki he felt emasculated instead of obfuscating or overcompensating in some way is the opposite of how you'd expect a character with a deep seated complex to act.You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. My favourite is Yasu's adorable little rendition but the first song I think of would probably be Good Morning or 10C depending on what type of miserable I am that day lolYou don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.

That could be interesting... perhaps Akira is about to get more invasive questions about his trauma...You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
Oh yeah, Memories is soo good! It doesn’t play often, but when it does, you just know you’re in for a crucial and emotional moment. It was honestly between Ichiyarakka and that one for me.You must be registered to see the linksis the first one to come to my mind most of the time, it feels like most events with this song leave a lasting impact on me.You must be registered to see the linksjust after because of how much of a bop it is, and lastlyYou must be registered to see the linksandYou must be registered to see the linksfor their sort of melancholic/nostalgic feel? and Yasu's song, we love Yasu

She went from being the character who tried to talk him out of hooking up with anyone because she didn't want anyone to be hurt to....this.Also, what gives with Sana? I've just been ignoring her since she proved to be one of the worst human beings by what she did to Sara - but did something happen (that changed her as in the "Evil Ami takeover" theory)? Was she this monster since the beginning and just lacked incentive?
If we go from the assumption that nothing happened to her, this is just who she always was, then she wants him all to herself and she hoped he'd molest/rape her... that's supposedly what she wanted him to do...She went from being the character who tried to talk him out of hooking up with anyone because she didn't want anyone to be hurt to....this.
Either she was fully aware of the darkness inside her and didn't want it to have a chance to come out, or a switch flipped so severely one of the genuinely good characters suffered a moral inversion.
ERM ACKSHUALLY the second time it plays is during Chapter 2's "What Could Have Been" when Noriko walks into class randomly and finds Sensei, before Maya flips out and changes into a cuter uniform.Memories first played in “Stray Cat” when Maya Prime got the green scarf, then in Chapter 2 during “Spotless Mind” where Akira remembered his first true memory about his past.
It changes all the time for me. Recently I'm on a bit of a All that's left are stars binge, if I want to turn it off I need to make it to the "and oh my GOD, I need you back" part first. You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
It's very strange. I'm actually replaying from Chapter 2 right now trying to hammer down exactly when the shift happens, because she's still an innocent, naive girl and the reactions seem normal.Little did we know back then that Sana would very much enjoy being used as a toy by everyone she met during that walk.

Presumably, Sana just decided to try being Happy in Chapter 4:Little did we know back then that Sana would very much enjoy being used as a toy by everyone she met during that walk.

You may very well know or have considered this already but seeing as Yuu is the protagonist in Nothing Is Beautiful and in Nothing Is Beautiful, Yuu suffers similar psycho-visual and surreal mental difficulties to Akira, I'd figure the line was in reference to that. We've seen other people break from reality in all sorts of ways, but nobody gets quite a show when it happens like Akira does - and Yuu.How does it account for the whole “you were born to someone who understood” line Yasu says to Akira in “Frankincense and Myrrh”? [/SPOILER]
