My comment got rid of the possibility of it being a plot fault. Yes they subconsciously know. The game hasn't explained exactly what's happening because Akira doesn't know what's happening yet. That's how it's always been. There's an entire reset between the player learning Akira's name and Akira learning his name. It doesn't mean there isn't enough information to glean what's happening.

At this point I have to assume you're up to date, I'm going to use a chapter 4 example, since it's after Akira's experience with AUTO-PILOT. Yes the girls who aren't in the RAS have noticed the time discrepancy several times, and there's always a specific thing that happens every time. You apparently didn't notice it which is why I pointed out the face blindness.

Just beaten yeah. The japanese event is where Sekai's face stops being blurred, but it's not until Akira is actively trying to fuck Noriko when she re-appears and names him, before Maya stops her with the fireflies.

Other than an entire filler event (out of story) based on LiL as a tribute, they have nothing to do with eachother.

I could go on and on, just know that both are very good games that are far apart with the exception that both want you to think way more than masturbate. Sex scenes are way better in OoT though (both in terms of engine and imagination). But Selebus is a way better writer.

I whole heartedly agree with this assessment.
OoT is a great game. I know alot of people who quit the game early because the MC is a perfect, happy-go-lucky fukboi who all the girls immediately fall in love with... named Chad Thundercock... but it's all on purpose and part of the narrative. When it's revealed why he's like that it really changes everything.
Good game, well written, and incredibly cinematic.

Are you sure? I don't think I've ever seen Sel or StoryAnon actually hate each other (well OOT had that one recap scene making fun of LiL). Both seem to just really hate Lil-clones. The OOT community I've engaged with absolutely loathe LiL though

Story Anon actually seems to hate Selebus. I once compared some of his behavior to Sel and Anon just went off.

I got confused because the Akira revelation uses the imagery from the japanese event (Sekai playing peek a boo). But this is correct, thanks.

There isn't an update this month, but I've got something to share that is definitely just as good. I wrote two patches to fix things that annoy me in LiL.

The first patch fixes the missing font symbols that show up as blank rectangles, both in the text box and the history window. This doesn't change the font for any previously working text.

The second patch ensures that replays show events in their entirety. Selebus coded some replays to cut off early, hiding important lines of text or even entire closing scenes. This prevents that. (Note: the patch works with or without URM. Some replays have scenes you can only see by changing the path with URM.)

To install: merge the attached archive's game/ directory with the one in your LiL folder.
To uninstall: delete the .rpy file(s) from game/patches/. The patches are independent, so if you only want one of them, delete the other file.
These will continue to work with new LiL versions barring drastic changes.
