All that I'm about to say is based on the idea that we're still in Chapter 4 and Akira's still keeping his memory after the reset puzzles like he did at the end of 0.52, and that no one else got reset since we're still in Chapter 4. Otherwise who knows what any of this means.

It's more about how sel's character cycle works. Basically, when he has no reason to do otherwise, he picks characters who haven't received anything for the longest time. As a result, unpopular characters tend to group and come back sequentially

No RAS girl event for three consecutive updates after a reset/epilogue? Did this happen before?
If sensei starts to remember resets, i thought there would be some events with the RAS girls about it.
