Hi guys! I am the developer of this game. For a long time I have been considering the idea of changing the format in which I would be doing this project, due to the problems that it could have with real porn and also the problems with the monetization of it, althought I very much doubted that I would have another option... Until recently.

I searched and learned about Honey Select. My computer is way, TOO bad, it is broken and it is one that they gave me for free back in 2017 when I went to a certain public school, it crashes if I open more than 2 programs at the same time (depending on which one) or if I put youtube on 1080p, so I was seriously doubting that Honey Select would work for me here, but luckily I had faith and tried it, and set it up (it was quite an ordeal, but I managed, all thanks to people on the IllusionSoft Discord server, who helped me throughout). I spent all this time working on it and creating some characters to see how it worked... As you will understand, it was a very complicated and slow process, but I was able to do something and I'm here to show you my progress.

I plan to make a REMAKE of this game, in Honey Select. I have thought of many names, but the one that stuck with me so far by now was Let the Nightshine In: Sunshine, if you have other suggestions, I will be very happy to read them. I will keep the story, although perhaps with some changes. I'm really excited about all that I could do now that I have this opportunity, I'm just telling you that this is going to take time, because of what I mentioned about my computer… But I will definitely continue with this. I'll be uploading updates on how I'm doing in development in my Patreon

I'm glad to hear you gave it a shot, worked through the HS learning process, and are revamping the game. It's got a solid structure to begin with, and I think you're gonna love the freedom that will come with being able to craft your own images instead of relying on found images floating around on the net.

And your renders? SUPER HOT! I'm excited to see the reworked version.

As for the title... I don't really think you need to change it, but if you really want to, I'd suggest making it shorter instead of longer. How about just "Nightshine"?

Whatever you decide, keep pushing forward!

There is one way to revitalise a dying computer, install a Linux operating system on it. I installed Pop Os on mine and it's almost like having a new computer, there is a learning curve (going from Windows to Pop Os) but if you're above average IQ and have some technical ability you'll figure it out.

You might want to check that your chosen game engine works on your chosen Linux distribution, anyway good luck.

Reading the OP, the synopsis of this game is that the love of your life is going to cheat on you so I guess that means that this is a NTR game. You need to be clear on this or whether it is avoidable so that both pro and anti NTR camps can decide whether to play this or walk away...

Well there is a cheating and NTR tag on the op. Also In the Change log tab and under the avoidable tab. Don't think the dev could make it any clearer

Hey Siglinnde, do your thing, the demo is a good start. Even if there are still bags in there. I don't understand why there always has to be a harem route! Every dev should decide for himself whether he wants to develop a pure NTR game and should not be pushed to anything by the community. Harem routes are unrealistic and do not belong in such games (my opinion). If you don't like NTR / cheating, you shouldn't play the game.

You might be right if it weren't for the fact that the labels say vanilla and romance too. Is it a game ntr? Awesome, but do not fool with the tags and you will avoid complaints

The original game has that kind of content (NTR-derived, swinging, etc), but I don't recommend you to try it because... It's a project I abandoned and I have a different view of the story now

In the prologue of the remake, it does not yet have ntr content at its best (scenes, etc) but it is something that I have highly planned. As I said, the "real" path will be the romance one where you can avoid any kind of ntr, and the other paths will be a "what if?" including:
Mc LI's taken away
Mc wanting to share his LI's
LI's cheating behind MC
And other derivatives of these situations, but it will be all avoidable.

I found this game in the Latest Updates section and was curious what it was with this whole "remake" thing. Because I cant remember seeing this game.
Through reading the comments It turned out its a remake of this weird Real-life game of getting cucked. The one with the Tyrone and 2000ish Boys-Group looking other male. Checking the Old version seems I was right.

Well, I would jump the ship right there but reading the Developer Notes and Avoidable I thought I should at least give the Dev the benefit of the doubt and try it before I give my feedback.
And after playing it if I should make it short:
Its a more "realistic" version of "Holding Hands". A NTR/Cuckhold game as a main where the "Vanilla" route is more of a afterthought or alternative. So if you didnt liked that game you wont like this one either.

While the Dev himself says the "Vanilla" route is the main and everything is avoidable, the reality is despite being it the prologue, its pretty straightforward what its content will be or what the Dev wants to be.
Voyeurism with Netorase as a basis while the rest will be depending on Players choices. How many these fetishes will stay on a "Vanilla" route only the future will tell but my gut feelings says it will continue for a while.
The dream of MC GF with Tyrone (What a classic BBC name btw ) and that he got "confused", watching his parents having sex and getting hard (No you cant avoid it too because the game forces you to watch it).
Hence I dont think the Vanilla route will offer you much. Either be it romance wise or something confrontable against the Antagonist? (Can you name it here in this genre?)
And yeah, the incest thing. I dont see that happening without becoming a cluster fuck since its more "realistic" and it wont have a harem end. So you knew for what the mom is for...Tyrone

The prologue is short, the GUI is a bit hard to read with the colours and Font but its bearable. Has awesome background music. Thats the only thing I like in this game since its not my kink.

But if you like NTRish games you should have this bookmarked because it seems it can be something good in the future.

While the previous iteration wasn't anything to write home about, at least it had decent-ish realporn (although implementation was admittedly poor). These new graphics are just horrible and do nothing for me.
