What does the Fixed only file do?
Since the note says that Translated Tutorials included, do I still need to download Windy96 and Shiro-Nyaa files?

It should be available again at the same time next week at the latest, unless the season changes in which case it might move to a different day.

It's really confusing as it is exactly opposite for every single character.
Yeah, it says on the front page the game is MTLed. Jap language uses one word + context for pronoun, thus when it's translated by machine, which doesn't/can't use context clues, it gets like this. -- Similar to how some mtl would somehow mistake what w/ picture.

pet treat/food at store at the lower left corner of the main town square, wand might be there too, been a long time since i play, but that the pet specific store. if not, the only other place is the store on the upper left, still in town square zone (the one that add more pet, not grocery).

No idea. It's best to assume games with a "coming soon" label are on a "it'll be out when it's out" basis.
xD Seems like a lot of unnecessary work to have the player to translate instead of the devs having someone patch it in themselves, but it looks fun at least!
