If the previous version was not in English, then this is the problem. Launch it, change the language to English and save. Copy the folder ... game \ saves from old to new ... LewdStory_v0143-pc \ game. Run & enjoy...

This was 3rd image when launch game. But dev switch it off in this update.
I think problem on your side. Few things that can be:
- compressed version or some patch/mode
- problem in save files. Especially "persistent", you will be need delete all save file from AppData\Roaming\RenPy\HornyMonster\LewdStory and game folder

NTR and sharing not implemented yet. It will be part of pervert route.
Prostitution (and MMF scene) in Jessy dom route, you have to fulfill a number of conditions to get them. So avoidable.
