I'm a little confused. What was the first Saturday event all about? Being kidnaped then used as a sex slave experiment and then dumped back at home on the Sunday with no further reference to it after. I tried to follow walk through and don't get any of what its says for the first Saturday?

This just one of the options for the Saturday event.
Dev is now doing the first week for all characters. That's why there's no further extension yet.
Only two routes are fully completed. Kira rom and Jessy dom.

is this worth playing or not? the reviews are very off puting and Ive read that ntr is avoidable so thats good
I just played it and must say that I am disappointed.
The models look good and the animations are also fine, but the story and characters are lame as hell imo.
I was intrigued with the different stats, of course I played dominant but the choices don't really matter. The outcome is mostly the same except one or two "hallucinations" which are ultimately pointless. I guess the dev wanted to throw in some erotic scenes just for the sake of it but for me it just destroyed the build up. Further, you are not dominant since no one really submits to you, you take just a little bit of lead and the woman loves and goes with it...
The corruption tag is pointless as well since everyone seems insta horny from the start. Your "influence" just decide in what kind of flavour you get some scenes, not even a real difference. Most of the time it seems like cheap porn.
I love dominance/corruption + mother but unfortunately she was the worse content. She (like your sister) sees your dick and is instantly horny, you have no build up or real influence how you get into her pants - it just happens...
If I only wanted stimulating visuals I would watch porn, but I have higher expectations from an erotic game.
Normally I would simply say it is just not a game for me but since these features were advertised and the tags promised something different I will rate this game.

About the story fully agree with you, but: "This is a classic visual novel with a large number of relatively short routes." The developer directly says that you should not expect deep stories. I don't know what you expect from erotic games. But the more routes, the simpler the plot for each route. If you look deep story, you are welcome to kinetic novels, or vn with few options.
I have a personal question for you. The version number of the game kind of hints that 14.8% of the game is ready. Do you really expect all the options in the game to be worked out and finished? Finished only a few routes. Criticizing the game for this is like writing, "The game only has 4 episodes out of 12, so it sucks." Half of the reviews like this. Welcome to the club.
And last thing. Tags put uploaders, not dev. The game does not match the tags in the current version, but it's definitely not the fault of the developer and the game itself.

There's a lot of potential in this, but it seems like there's a whole lot missing still. I'll be keeping an eye on this, but realistically I don't see it being ready for another 2 years.
