Alright, I did my thing again. I only kept the videos I think are worth keeping (usually one but somethimes 2 versions of each outfit/setting), interpolated everything so all the videos have 60FPS now, reencoded them (AV1, 1080p) and normalized and renamed them all.
This results in 47 video files of about 420 MiB.

Neeeat. Thanks for looking out, I really gotta look into learning that myself. Doubt I'll ever want to render in legit 60fps, but reencoding somewhere on the way would make sense.

Sure. I use Flowframes and sometimes Topaz Video AI for the interpolation. It's not perfect, there are things that create artifacts, but all in all you get pretty fluid and natural movements. Of course you get less artifacts if the input video has more fps, so 30fps->60fps works better than 24fps->60fps.

Not closed, just on-hold for a month while I'm recovering. Still gonna try to release a couple animations this month, but I would like to focus on resting first, without any extra pressure.

If I were you I would work on a another IP until things calm down a bit, it could be a report from a 3rd party and Koei got notified.

Just add more moles on Tsukushi or i don't know, change a hairstyle a bit and pretend it's someone else and not their characters. Could that work? Or call them by other names? It should be fine for me to continue animating DoA at least part-time. I'll just have someone else upload new anims on twitter and try not to taunt KT too much with my patreon posts. Then we'll see.

It is both finished and released everywhere by now! It is on the shorter side though, just 30 sec.
