Why they did not communicate for example with MrDots and coop together to finish the game? Or give the rights to them? They are very talented and could finish the game.

Dude no established developer, especially successful ones working on their own, much more successful projects would take on someone else's when they had no involvement in it, even if they did they probably wouldn't.
Im still holding on to the hope of one day coming back to this page and seeing that this has been updated and eventually completed. This game and chatterbox deserves that much.

well those who got assets etc own copyrights so they won't make a release and fan game would be different game so won't happen.

As you start working on your own stuff and creating developing your own style, it feels alien to want to take credit for or meddle with someone else's ideas.
