When I'm downloading the Windows version, I can only see parts of it. And when I tried setting the PC resolution, it keeps zooming in to the point I can only see parts of it.

Downloading the Android version is another issue. I can't even install the game. What the hell is this? Does anyone has any idea how to fix it?

It seems like the shared android version is not complete. Even if you inspect the element inside the archive, it is missing classes.dex file which is necessary for an apk, so there is no way to fix the android version.
For the windows version, it is bugged that way from the developer side. The only fixed resolution version is the android one, but what is shared here is incomplete/corrupt.
