Go to the nightclub and dance (fuck) everyone. You need reputation.
Once finally the reputation meter change name, go to the nightclub ->roulette, and go in the back alley.
You need the golden ticket to enter the "secret" place. You get it moving around the city. Random...
Once there, dance again till a ruffian FORCE you to work in the brothel.
It's only Sunday afternoon, so it don't interfere too much.
Edit: if you need money, buy the cheap dress and shoes and enter the nightclub. Remember the damn makeup! Once there go the roulette.
Forget the dices, they're rigged. But the blackjack is pretty realistic. Save scum and enjoy. LOL.

Will there also be possibilities to reduce the size of the ass or breasts in the future? Not everyone likes to walk around with an XXL ass. Just the money you need for new clothes.

In the first run-through, I experienced the first game ending after day 35, which I don't find quite conclusive.

You can also go immediately (with a ticket) to the back area. Then go to the bar and bring the drunkenness to at least 60%. After that, random encounters trigger, including the one with the recruiter for the brothel.
In my case, the uncle's location turned up after the forced visit to the brothel (he is the operator).
Nightclub -> Recruiter -> Brothel -> Uncle
Not sure if the uncle got rewritten. But you could visit him, have drinks, and have sex with him. After enough times, there was a chance he'd kidnap the MC and force her to work in the brothel every week.

I agree it's not good pregnancy content. But it definitely counts as impregnation content, which is covered by the pregnancy tag on here.
If you have to avoid getting pregnant to be able to play, then where is impregnation here? There are no scenes at all. It's treated the same way as you get sick and die. You either have to use contraceptive pills or condoms or you die. There are no pregnancy scenes, only doctor during checkup saying that you failed and then your angry parents and need to game restart.
If by some chance this game will get a preg tag, then it will only lead to more players asking where is preg content?
Trust me, if someone is searching for pregnancy content, then he/she doesn't want to play the game only to find out that it's a dead end
