That's fair. The cooldown is fucked though - if you dont have money because you got burglarized once or if it's late, you can get burglarized multiple times in a row. Not only does that not make a ton of sense realistically speaking, it also really fucks with your savegame. If that's intended, I guess I'll shut up about it - right now it just feels pretty frustrating
