Fail to pay rent.
Get caught in principals office.
Skip work one day and go back (all jobs) sometimes it takes 2 skips.
Watch porn in common area (takes a while).
Default on the Corvis loan.

I don't think Ava can blackmail the MC.

After got caught by the principal, I can't trigger the scene anoymore eventho I gave him a gift, can you help me

With the new update, after a while Ava takes over the church, it makes it impossible to complete enough confessions to trigger the Valentia & Priest scenes. Maybe if spying on Ava in the church was optional, or after the Ava scene the confessions can continue.

is there a route where i can keep the BF and not get him to trigger the revenge scene with him ? or is this the only route ?
