Umm... When at the flowers he tries to kiss Lizzy and have sex with her. If you back off at that point he takes her back, drops her off and that's the last she'll see of him. If Lizzy have sex with him in the field he takes her back but he'll pick her up again a few days later & the story will slowly develop from there where he'll date Lizzy, have sex with her then ask for help paying debts. The crunch point is 1 morning when you've stayed over he'll have to leave and Lizzy will get a choice to go with him (window route) or stay & she'll meet Faoud...

Yes but apparently there are two scenes at 118 flower exp window route, one wholesome and one not, i've got the first one, but i have no idea how to get the other, BurningSun explain please.

Hrm. I went back to a save I have at 120, and consoled it back to 118.
I have the aggressive BJ version of that event.

Stats are:
Desire 11
Intellect 0
Hygiene 99
Health 76
Energy 98
Looks 54
Reputation 99
Fitness 22

Self defense 0
Dignity 3

While in game, hit F12 to open up the HTML.

If in FireFox, go to Inspector.

You can modify variables via the console at the bottom. Simply type what I did above to increase Hygiene by 100
(yes, it is spelled that way in the console for some reason)
The stat change takes effect in the next screen that status update.
When the console line is only partially filled in such as below, it will make suggestions.

You can use the suggestions to see what your options are...
Fame = Reputation
Free = Liberal
...for example.

I do not know what the appropriate field is in Chrome.

It's the same for all browsers on PC as far as i'm aware, in Chrome it's F12>console tab and it's even better than FF because you can edit variables with the GUI by just clicking on the values (but for some reason chrome screams at me with errors nowadays when i use console for Twine).

Btw, you don't need to guess the suggestions, just go to the console tab in the inspector and type SugarCube.State.variables and press enter, then expand the results.

so the fix will eventually percolate out to consumer Chrome.
In the meantime you can avoid the error by starting with

window.onerror = null

This turns off Twine's "nice" error handling that creates the alert()s (though typing it will probably trigger the debug evaluation error).

Have you tried the Wellness Center?

You do have to find out about it before it shows. The two ways to make this happen is either randomly when passing (walking) between areas, or by checking the notification board in the apartment complex.

After talking with him and hugged him, I talked with Bibi in her room at 20:00.
Now I can't visit him anymore, neither bibi, and when I talk to him during rent payments it says only:
pay him
not enough money

my stats:

What did I do wrong?

I had the same problem, i'm not sure how much stats play a role here, but i was able to visit him for lowering rent after i told him i was short. To be more precise on what i did: On Thrursday i told him i was short on money, right after that a prompt to visit him and "talk" to him appeared, i belive my dignity was about 45, you can lower dignity to about this level by watching porn or you can go topless to a mixed saunda which will give you -1 Dignity and +1 Liberal, another good way to grind those stats.

The short answer is nothing. You need low dignity and high liberal as mentioned above.

I failed again the path for further interactions with Henry and have played too much since to revert to a previous save. I'm not even sure what I did wrong, as I remember I hugged him, but was not offered the kissing option (IIRC).

Does anyone know what game variable needs to be tweaked to reinitiate specifically Henry's storyline? Or even validate the whole Henry/Bibi/Henry interaction so I can go further?

You'd probably need BurningSun to answer but it's not always that you did something wrong. As I mentioned above for the options to get Henry to lower the rent you need low dignity and high liberal.

Well, I don't remember where I was at the time, but I'm pretty sure I was quite low for the first one, and high for the second. I'm currently at 27 and 99, so I was probably around 40 and 85. But I'll work on Dignity specifically to see if it unlocks those interactions, thank you.
