There's no real walkthrough, but here are a few things to consider:
Each job has at least one path; the library has two (Of which one is unfinished) while the flower job has a variation (That lead to the same "faoud" path) then the faoud path has 4 variants depending on a lot of things, such as intelligence, morale and fame (Perhaps fitness also). You're really going to have to personally ask BurningSun for the exact variable numbers here.
Donny (The boss at the photoshop) has an alternative path if you don't ever visit the photoshoot (It'll flag you for the rest of the game as soon as you even click it, so don't if you want the alternative path). Have high fitness (85+ I think), low fame and visit the beach in the weekend (I keep forgetting whether it's Saturday or Sunday). Then sitting on the beach often enough may trigger the event (It's still entirely RNG); he'll ask you to come visit him on Sundays, which you can do from your own house.
There's Raoul at the club, but his content/path is very short for now as it's still WIP.
There's the Loan Shark that has a bit of stuff if you don't pay him.
There's Henry where you can do stuff with (this one has been explained a dozen times here); and a bad end if you don't pay him rent often enough.
Pretty much else is just short events or variations for endings (Such as getting to know the guys asking you to take your panties off in the city gets you a few extra sentences if you ever get taken into custody bad end)
Honestly though, a lot of these random events are a PITA to trigger because they require all sorts of variables to be correct and luck to trigger. I've asked BurningSun a few times to make it easier or more obvious but no luck so far
