I see few people mention a pregnancy system, but to by looking at Girls Life development that's a lot of effort with very little payout.
I'd rather see another job, another location, or another city (an exotic vacation maybe?).

Sunshine999, I understand your point of view. With the payout in GL, I'm guessing you mean actual content when being pregnant? It is indeed difficult and troublesome to code and to intertwine it all in the stories etc. But therein lies the interesting part for me. I like the challenge and I like the figuring-out-how-to-make-it-work-work. So it is coming for sure. Unfortunately not as quick as many would like I guess, but a lot of work is already in the game right now, but you can't see it as the pregnancy variables aren't active yet.
This will be the order for the next couple of releases (current plan, may change obviously):
V0.8.8.2 = Smaller update with one of the current jobs renewed and some other stuff. Renewed as in the same way like the library job; more stuff happening, not fired as quickly, more story etc.
V0.8.8.3 = Wardrobe. This version will only add the wardrobe functionality nothing else. It wont add all clothes to all different interactions and places yet, that will come later. First get the wardrobe working and fun
V0.8.8.4 - till V0.8.8.9 = not sure yet. Stuff
V0.8.9.0 - Pregnancy
In between all that, the release of the next location which is Paris. Don't expect a huge playable city like Amsterdam is now (Amsterdam is huge already) but expect a young Amsterdam, like when I first released it.

This is my favorite part of the game. Some players seem to prefer that every single choice has a direct and immediate and obvious effect. There are plenty of point-and-click VNs if that's what you want, and there are other games on the other end of the spectrum.
Generally, I think that your game has a good, realistic pacing for Lizzy's character evolution. Yes, it means that some story lines take time to play out. Personally, I don't mind that at all. I much prefer it to the other common pattern of "get tricked into losing virginity (unpleasantly) on Day 1, becoming a cock-obsessed cum-dumpster on Day 2."
But to each their own, you like what you like ... you just can't expect one game to be a completely different game.

The game IS extremely grindy, though. We don't say that to rip on the game or because of preferences, it's just a fact. And „grindy“ is rarely a positive. It's called grind for a reason. It chips away at you until there is nothing but dust left. That's not something you want when you are beating your meat. Slow and grindy are two very different things and this game is definitely the latter.
I get the idea of making a slower game but you really have to make the game more user friendly by reducing and limiting the grind. Allow us to miss work more often and don't make us lose a job forever. This is a porn game. I'm sure you can think of something to get the bosses to accept the MCs apologies. Additionally, you need way more scene variations for the jobs. Labeling the game as "slow" does not justify repeating the same scenes multiple times in a row until you reach the next stage the following week and the same thing happens again. That's just lazy design. Alternatively you could also have a work week be only 3 days. Even better when you allow the player to choose the 3 days of work freely. That would already help a lot with the amount of repetition. The real problem is still how much time has to pass before progress happens, though. Of course it would be boring to get to the raunchiest scenes immediately but there has to be a way to speed up the snail pace. Currently it's just not attractive to try different jobs and see what the game has to offer.
Also extend the library opening times. The game is set in a capital city and not some small hick town.
Then I remember there being something like a centre where you can take dance lessons(?) and other things only on the weekends (or just sunday) at very specific times. Or at least it was very inconvenient with the photography job. That is just super fucking annoying. Things like that should be available all week.
The grind is a legitimate problem with the game and not just a matter of preference.

Grindy is a term given too easily these days imo and it is subject to inflation. Let me elaborate: Wow vanilla is now called grindy or even super grindy by most. When it was released it was fine for most. This happens everywhere as people are getting used to instant rewards more and more. I'm not saying it is a good or bad thing. All I'm saying is that the term grind is subjective. Myself and a lot of others don't feel like my game is grindy at all, or feel like it is the right amount. Sure it could be a little easier at times and if you check the version history you will see that I've adjusted it a lot already over time. Compare the first version with the current and you'll be in for a treat.
Anyway, I get what you are saying and I'm always open to suggestions, so suggest stuff
Some comments on things you've said below:
1)Allow us to miss work more often; If you've played the new Library job, you should notice that this is now possible. You can come late many times (even more if you help Patricia out once in a while) and you can continue work even if you don't meet certain requirements. Actually skipping work stayed the same I know. But sorry, skipping work can never be a valid choice in my book. However after writing this, I've increased it with one time for the library (the rest to be adjusted over time).
2)If your relationship is high enough you can now also get your library job back if you left on your own - not when you got fired. So more easy stuff right there
3) More scene variation has been added to the new library job. Want more? Give me solid ideas to add. Work IS boring, and there is no pretty way around that. If you want me to write approximately 60 variations for all the workdays that are currently repetitive, than I have to say sorry, but not going to happen. Sure call me lazy, but then you are calling ALL creators here lazy. I'd say make a game yourself and then you'll see it has nothing to do with being lazy. In what game on this site is work not repetitive? All of them. Some will have more variations then others sure, but they stay boring as you can only come up with so much. I believe the new library job is now pretty solid and the next version should give the next job a lot of variation as well.
4) Deciding when to work is a nice idea, but coding wise a nightmare I'm afraid.
5) Library open longer? It is currently open from 08-21. This is longer than most libraries in Amsterdam right now.
6) Yeah the dance school needs rework I agree.
Hope the above helps you to understand my point of view and that I'm always trying to add QOL additions to the game.
nm turns out clicking the difficulty option dosen't change the text to indicate that its set as the current difficulty, same thing happens for easy as well
might want to work on the text format as some lines are extending behind the stat box instead of wrapping to the next line

chrisdraconis, Thanks for getting back to me. Found the issue regarding the difficulty setting and fixed for the next version. I've not found the issue with the text. All text should automatically wrap and I've never had any issues on whatever device I'm playing. Could you show me some examples?
