You need to buy dancing shoes and pole dancing clothes. Later, you will need more high-heeled shoes. The first two are sold on the second floor of the mall, in the sports section. High-heeled shoes will be any.

If you mean work as a pole dancer you need a high enough skill and also go to the nightclub. There's a random event there where a girl gives you a card introducing you to Raul who appears at the nightclub and you can try out for him.
I understood. Ballroom dancing, as far as I understand, has not yet been implemented. Just pole dancing.
